Oh this is a rough one. Honestly, if you’re a guy.. A great pair of wing tips can change the level of a casual outfit to fly as fuck. I think footwear is prime when it comes to setting an outfit off. You can’t go wrong with a dark wash pair of jeans, some brown wing tips, a brown leather belt and a flannel. On those colder days in the midwest (I’m in northern MI.) I think a nice beanie and scarf can go a long way. It’s all about how you present it.
I’ve noticed that a lot of denim is in. You could get away with canvas pants in khaki or grey and a nicer denim shirt with nice shoes for more business casual style look. I go for the v neck t shirt and jeans or hoodie and khaki shorts in the very early months of winter.
There are a lot of ways to go about looking great and dressing nice. It’s all about wearing what compliments you. I look way better in a few layers because I’m 6’9” tall and pretty thin. If you got a little bit of weight a t shirt under a button up flannel will do a ton for you. If it’s a bit colder a nice coat like a peacoat or other dressy jacket looks great. (Keep in mind I’m from Northern MI so a lot of what I’d recommend for fall is quite warm.)
At the end of the day though, you’ll look great in clothes you are comfortable in and suit your body. You’d be surprised what is considered to actually fit and what you might find comfortable.
Also, we’re on the tail end of cuffed jeans. Wear that trend the fuck out. Nice socks are fun, so enjoy showing them off while it’s “trendy”.
If you’re a girl I promise you in cold weather if you wear a dress, boots, and a nice jacket you’ll have plenty of guys thinking you’re looking cute as shit. A dress and boots is off the damn chain and if you add a beanie I’ll be over here swooning. If you have long hair, work that shit. Don’t bundle it up if you don’t have to. If you have natural curls, you’d be killing that cute ass beanie. If your hair is straight, don’t feel like you have to curl it. Work with what’s natural. Having your hair all caught up in an iron isn’t doing you any favors. The cooler months are nice because you have cooler clothes to work with. Girls have all sorts of different jackets and boots and cool shit they can change up often. Also. Don’t ever underestimate just throwing on a t shirt and jeans on slightly warmer fall days. If you’re out with friends and it’s not too chilly and you can just roll with a t shirt, throw on some jeans and a beanie and be cute as shit. That works for every guy. Simplicity and functional. hahahahahahahaha. Obviously this is just stuff I like seeing. I’m a sucker for a cute dress, boots, and jacket or just going jeans and t shirt. But no matter what you do, footwear is important. And in my opinion, beanies or a nice scarf is top notch.
I’ve had a lot to drink because a good friend of mine is in town. But I thought this was important. And I didn’t even answer it fully and how I wanted. hahaha. Hope this is at least somewhat insightful!
Effects pedal’s the name, mad style is the game. I was sold at brown wingtips.
